Ishan Singhal is a seasoned software developer turned technical program manager with more than seven years of IT industry experience and a passion for making data-driven decisions. Mr. Singhal is experienced in technical management of global health supply chain projects funded by USAID, the Global Fund, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has an M.S. in information management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a bachelor in electronics and communication engineering from Maharishi Markandeshwar University in India.
